The path to accreditation

Whether you’re looking to use Insights Discovery within your organisation (Client Practitioner) or with your external clients (Licensed Practitioner), the process starts with a powerful 4-day accreditation programme.

1. Discovery call with Bowline

We begin with a personal consultation to ensure alignment with your goals and to answer any questions.

2. Registration and onboarding

We’ll guide you through registration for the 4-Day Accreditation Programme, run in partnership with Insights.
You’ll receive all pre-course materials and preparation guidance.

3. Attend the accreditation programme

Engage in a highly interactive and experiential 4-day virtual or in-person programme where you’ll:

Learn the theory behind Insights Discovery
Practice interpreting and delivering profiles
Build confidence to run workshops and debrief sessions

4. Get accredited

Upon completion, you’ll receive your official accreditation as a Client Practitioner or Licensed Practitioner, granting you the right to purchase and deliver Insights Discovery profiles and associated team effectiveness workshops.

5. Post-accreditation support with Bowline

We’ll shape a support plan around you – tailored to your needs and
what we believe will make the relationship most effective.
