From there, we created a framework to express what makes 3stepIT a unique place to work, connecting culture, benefits, and values into a single, coherent story.
At the same time, we evolved the visual identity. Still recognisably 3stepIT but pushed forward. More vibrant, more expressive, and better aligned to the energy of its people.
Real-life 3steppers became central to the idea, a celebration of the people shaped by the culture. Our copywriting team spoke with employees across the business: Sirpa shared her growth and development journey, while Frida described how her confidence had grown since joining.
Proof points matter when you’re building an employer brand. But employee stories add credibility.
Scaling across markets
The challenge wasn’t just to define the EVP, but to make it work globally.
We developed a toolkit for HR teams across eight markets, enabling local teams to apply the employee value proposition consistently while adapting it to their context.
Alongside this, we created a new global careers website, designed to bring the proposition to life and clearly communicate what ‘We take care’ means in practice.
We also developed recruitment templates to support a better candidate experience, from first interaction through to hiring.
Connecting with the next generation of talent
For the first time, 3stepIT had a shared language to talk about life at the company. A story that reflected the reality of the business and one that connects with the next generation of technology talent.
