3stepIT had a strong culture, but the business hadn’t found a way to bring it to life.

There were compelling stories to tell, about the people, the values, the benefits, and what it’s really like to work at 3step. But without a clear employer brand, those stories weren’t connecting.

The ambition was to define a single, global employee value proposition to capture the culture of the business, strengthen it from within, and attract new talent.

Defining the proposition 

3step needed a clear way to articulate the employee experience. We developed a new global EVP: ‘We take care’. A simple idea, grounded in how the business operates and how people at 3step feel about their work.  

It captured both sides of 3stepIT, the way it supports its people at work, and the role it plays in managing clients’ technology responsibly and sustainably.
