The challenge

We had been managing BNP Paribas’ annual business conference for a number of years. But in 2021 the challenge was something very different. Everyone was working from home so everything had to be done remotely, with a mix of live and pre-recorded content broadcast to a virtual audience. Our task was to make this exciting and engaging.

Our solution

We pulled out all the stops to make this the virtual conference like a genuine ‘event’ – something you wouldn’t want to miss.

  • Created a distinctive visual identity for event – a way to capture initial attention.
  • Arranged a photoshoot and interviews filmed in BNP Paribas offices.
  • Filmed the majority of the content in a studio to guarantee high production values, with a few speakers dialling in remotely or recording content from home.
  • Broadcast live from the studio on the day.
  • Ran a live interactive Q&A with the remote audience.
  • Produced engaging content, including their very own ‘Sustainability Blockbusters’ gameshow, where the audience could play along at home.
