The challenge

Maersk came to us with a clear vision: to make innovation the new normal and raise the profile of their innovation projects.

Our solution

We worked closely with the team to: 

  • Create a new platform supporting open innovation across the business called Chrysalis. People could use it to share challenges and ideas and create projects.
  • Design a new visual identity for Chrysalis.
  • Launch six new innovation spaces in Danish HQ – this included an all-employee launch event.
  • Communicate innovation stories across the business and externally to key partners through a new publication we created calledInnovation Bites. We interviewed people to get the stories and wrote the articles to celebrate and showcase the innovation.
